7. Spring Rolls

Traditional Chinese food that symbolizes wealth and prosperity, with its color and shape similar to gold bars. To make spring roll skin, simply bake the dough (white flour, salt and water) until the skin becomes round and thin. Then put the filling (usually meat and red bean paste), then roll it up. Finally, fry the rolls until golden.

8. Kung Pao Chicken
